Resolv Global is hiring for Bilingual Patient Services Representatives to join a growing healthcare support team in a fully remote role based in Mexico. You will handle inbound patient calls, coordinate appointments, and support outreach campaigns while ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

The role requires fluent English and Spanish, healthcare scheduling experience, and the ability to work in a structured, high-accountability environment. Company equipment is provided for a remote setup.

Formación

• 6+ months of customer service experience in healthcare or scheduling environments.
• Fluent/professional English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Experience handling inbound calls and outbound follow-ups in a structured setting.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound patient calls, messages, app requests, and general inquiries.
• Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and cancel appointments per provider workflows.
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups and patient outreach campaigns.
• Route clinical questions to licensed staff per scripts.
• Support insurance verification and prior authorization workflows.
