Qualifications

• At least 6 months of customer service experience in healthcare settings.
• Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Experience handling inbound calls and outbound follow-up in a structured environment.
• Ability to follow scripts, SOPs, and documentation standards.
• Willing to work remotely from Mexico with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound patient calls, messages, appointments, and general inquiries.
• Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and cancel appointments per provider/workflow requirements.
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups and outreach campaigns.
• Route clinical questions to licensed staff per scripts.
• Support insurance verification and prior-authorization workflows.
• Conduct Medicare, MIPS, HEDIS outreach activities as approved.
• Communicate clearly with patients, including older adults, at an appropriate pace.
• Document calls and patient interactions accurately in the systems.
• Communicate needs and escalations to office staff.
• Maintain attendance, schedule adherence, and patient-experience standards.
