Zusammenfassung

Resolv Global is hiring for bilingual patient services representatives in a fully remote role based in Mexico. You will contact patients and providers, help with appointments and nonclinical questions, and maintain high-quality service in a structured environment.

Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls, scheduling tasks, documenting interactions, and supporting insurance verification and authorization workflows. Strong English/Spanish skills are required.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent/professional English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience in healthcare settings.
• Experience handling inbound/outbound calls in a structured environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
• Ability to learn and follow scripts, SOPs, workflows, and documentation standards.

Aufgaben

• Handle inbound patient calls, messages, appointment requests, callbacks, and general nonclinical inquiries.
• Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and cancel appointments per provider/workflow requirements.
• Make outbound calls for appointment follow-ups and outreach campaigns.
• Route clinical questions to licensed staff per scripts.
• Support insurance verification and prior-authorization workflows.
