Job summary

Resolv Global is hiring bilingual Patient Services Representatives for a fully remote role based in Mexico. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, schedule appointments, assist with insurance verification, and perform outreach campaigns while following scripts and documentation standards.

The role requires English and Spanish proficiency, healthcare or scheduling experience, and a quiet home workspace. Schedule is Monday–Friday, Pacific Time hours, and compensation is paid weekly in arrears.

Qualifications

Fluent/professional English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
At least 6 months of customer service experience in healthcare settings (doctor's office, clinic, insurance, or scheduling).
Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a structured environment.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound patient calls, messages, appointment requests, callbacks, and general nonclinical inquiries.
Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and cancel appointments per provider/workflow requirements.
Make outbound calls for appointment follow-ups and outreach campaigns.
Follow scripts for result-call workflows and route clinical questions to licensed staff.
Assist with insurance verification and prior-authorization workflows.
Conduct Medicare, MIPS, and HEDIS outreach activities.
Document calls and patient interactions accurately in systems.
Communicate needs and escalations to office staff.
Maintain attendance, productivity, and quality standards.
