Job summary

Resolv Global is hiring bilingual Patient Services Representatives to join a growing healthcare support team in a fully remote role based in Mexico.

You will handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, perform outbound outreach, and document interactions in EMR systems while following scripts and workflows. This role requires strong English and Spanish, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently from a quiet home office.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of patient-service experience in healthcare settings.
• Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Experience handling inbound/outbound calls in a structured environment.
• Ability to follow scripts, SOPs, workflows and documentation standards.
• Strong data entry and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound patient calls, messages, appointment requests, callbacks, and general nonclinical inquiries.
• Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and cancel appointments per workflows.
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups and engagement campaigns.
• Route clinical questions to licensed staff per scripts.
• Document calls and appointment details in the EMR and systems.
