Job summary

Resolv Global is hiring for a Bilingual Patient Services Representative to join a growing healthcare support team in a fully remote role based in Mexico. You will handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, and perform outbound outreach with a focus on accuracy and patient care.

The role requires strong written and verbal English, Spanish, and experience in a healthcare setting or similar patient-support environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent/professional English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience in healthcare settings or similar.
• Ability to learn and follow scripts, SOPs, workflows, and documentation standards.
• Strong data entry and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound patient calls, messages, and appointment requests.
• Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and cancel appointments per provider/workflow.
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups and outreach campaigns.
• Document calls and patient interactions accurately in EMR/EHR systems.
• Escalate clinical questions to licensed staff as needed.
