The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in a US healthcare setting and is comfortable handling front desk tasks with minimal supervision in a remote clinic support role.

Formación

• Bilingual in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting a US-based medical clinic.
• Experience with medical front desk tasks and scheduling.
• Knowledge of insurance verification workflows and prior authorizations.

Responsabilidades

• Phone Management: answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Appointment Scheduling: manage calendar, reschedule, confirm details.
• Insurance Verification: verify coverage and benefits, update records.
• Prior Authorizations: gather information and track status with payers.
