Go Lean Health is seeking a bilingual Virtual Medical Assistant / Medical Receptionist to support a busy US-based skin clinic. The role focuses on frontline patient communication, scheduling, insurance verification, and administrative tasks to let clinicians focus on patient care.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience supporting a US-based medical clinic, strong Spanish/English communication, and comfort with remote clinic operations in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Fully fluent in Spanish and English.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting a US-based medical clinic.
• Experience with medical receptionist or front desk tasks.
• Comfortable handling patient calls in a busy healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and prior authorization workflows.
• Organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working remotely in a dedicated clinic support role.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Assist patients with questions, appointment needs, and general clinic inquiries.
• Route concerns and document call details accurately.
• Manage the clinic calendar and schedule patient appointments.
• Reschedule, cancel, and update appointments as needed.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility.
• Update insurance information accurately in the patient record.
• Coordinate prior authorization requests and track status.
