Go Lean Health is seeking a Bilingual Medical Assistant / Medical Receptionist to support a busy US-based skin clinic remotely. Responsibilities include frontline patient communication, scheduling, insurance verification, and administrative support to keep the in-clinic team focused on care.

The role requires full fluency in Spanish and English, at least 1 year supporting a US medical clinic, and comfort with remote work in a dedicated clinic support capacity.

Formación

• Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Minimum of 1 year experience supporting a US-based medical clinic.
• Experience with medical front desk tasks and phone management.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and prior authorizations workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Phone Management: answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, assist with questions and scheduling, document call details.
• Appointment Scheduling: manage clinic calendar, handle rescheduling and cancellations, confirm details.
• Insurance Verification: verify coverage and eligibility, update patient records.
• Prior Authorizations: coordinate requests, gather required information, track status with payers.
