Qualifications

• English proficiency: B2+ / C1 (spoken and written).
• Completed high school diploma.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet tools.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
• Customer service or Call Center experience is preferred.
• Availability to work 100% Home Office with flexible/rotating schedules. And visit site office on Aguascalientes City when needed.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Complete employment documentation, including CURP, NSS, RFC/Tax Certificate, and any other required documents.
• Must reside in Puebla.
