Qualifications

• Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telesales or outbound sales.
• Strong communication and confidence speaking with decision-makers.
• Ability to manage time and stay accountable in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to B2B prospects.
• Engage with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Qualify prospects based on campaign targets and needs.
• Book qualified meetings for client sales teams.
• Record outcomes and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Send follow-ups to improve attendance and engagement.
• Follow campaign scripts and outbound best practices.
• Collaborate with managers to improve call quality and results.
• Provide feedback to improve scripts and messaging.
