Job summary

RecRivals is hiring a hands-on salesperson to sell the platform to league operators and sports organizations across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will own the sales process from prospecting to discovery, demonstrations, follow-up and closing, working closely with the founder and product team.

Fluent English is required, along with experience selling B2B software and disciplined CRM use. This is a remote role with availability for North American/Eastern business hours, and commissions

Qualifications

• Evidence of personally selling B2B software, including self-generated pipeline and closed deals.
• Strong spoken and written English; confident on calls and product demos.
• Ability to learn a technical product and explain value to nontechnical buyers.

Responsibilities

• Research and prioritize prospective league operators and sports organizations.
• Reach decision-makers through outbound calls, email and networks.
• Run product demonstrations using approved terms and capabilities.
• Follow up, handle objections and close new customers.
