Bluelight is expanding its software consultancy team and seeking a high-energy Inside Sales professional to drive outbound outreach. You will target ideal customer profiles using Apollo, Clay, Instantly and ZoomInfo, supported by HubSpot for daily activity tracking.

Your role focuses on qualification, discovery calls, and pipeline growth. The ideal candidate brings hands-on B2B sales experience in tech, strong English communication, and proven negotiation skills.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and ZoomInfo.
• Experience in B2B sales or inside sales within technology/software.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting daily (80–150+ activities/day).
• Build and manage prospect lists aligned with ICPs.
• Run multi-touch sequences via email, calls, LinkedIn, and SMS.
• Qualify prospects and book discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Log activities and pipeline updates in HubSpot and CRM.
• Continuously improve messaging and outreach strategies.
