Bluelight is a leading software consultancy seeking a highly driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to expand our client base. The role focuses on high‑volume outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and booking qualified appointments with US‑based decision‑makers.

You will use HubSpot to manage outreach, build targeted prospect lists with Apollo/Clay, and run multi‑touch sequences with Instantly. Strong English communication and independent work style are essential.

Formación

• Proven experience in B2B or inside sales, preferably in software.
• Strong negotiation skills with ability to influence decision-makers.
• Experience using CRM and AI outreach tools.

Responsabilidades

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting daily (80–150+ activities/day) via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS.
• Qualify prospects and book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Log activities and pipeline updates in HubSpot; meet or exceed KPIs.
