Bluelight is a growing software consultancy expanding across the US and the Americas. We seek a highly driven Business Development Representative to expand our client base through high-volume outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and booked qualified appointments.

You will engage with US-based decision-makers, leveraging HubSpot for daily outreach, and using Apollo, Clay, and Instantly to build targeted lists and multi-touch sequences.

Formación

• Proven experience in B2B sales or inside sales, tech/software preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills to influence decision-makers.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Experience with outbound calling campaigns is highly desirable.
• Experience using AI tools to improve outreach performance.

Responsabilidades

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting daily (80–150+ activities) via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS.
• Use HubSpot to manage daily outreach including call tasks, email cadences, and follow-ups.
• Build and manage targeted prospect lists using Apollo and Clay aligned with ICP.
• Run multi-touch outbound sequences in Instantly to engage prospects and drive responses.
• Write and send outbound emails and LinkedIn messages with personalization and clear CTAs.
• Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline.
