Job summary

Atomic HR is helping a founder-led consumer brand in Austin, TX grow through hands-on marketing across email, SMS, retention, and partnerships. You’ll build processes, write sequences, and wire tools like Claude Code to automate repetitive work.

You’ll collaborate with the two founders, own the growth strategy, and operate within rules for a regulated product, with 18+ and UK-only focus. Remote work with CT overlap option.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using Claude Code (or similar AI coding tool) to build something real that’s in use today.
• 3+ years in marketing with a track record of data-driven outcomes.
• Experience running cold email outreach yourself using Apollo and an email sequencing tool.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and data; SQL is a plus and learnable with help.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners: finding contacts, writing emails, and tracking what works.
• Support the field team with target lists, routes, one-pagers, and follow-up emails after visits.
• Own email and SMS, subscription retention (win-back and pause offers), referral programs, and search/content.
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools, using the brand’s existing look and feel.
• Automate recurring manual tasks so nobody has to do them by hand.
• Track results from the company’s own order and subscription data, and flag anything that looks off.
