Atomic Hr is seeking a hands-on marketing generalist to build an AI-driven, automation-focused growth machine from the ground up. You’ll own outreach to retailers, support field operations, and drive email/SMS retention and referrals in a regulated market.

You’ll collaborate directly with the founders, owning the growth strategy and implementing tools like Claude Code to deliver scalable results. Remote-friendly with strong ownership and visibility.

Formación

• Must have hands-on experience using Claude Code (or similar AI coding tool) in a real project that's still in use today.
• Minimum 3+ years in marketing, with potential growth from coordinator roles.
• Experience running cold email outreach yourself, using a tool like Apollo plus an email sequencing tool.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and data; SQL is a plus and achievable with help.
• Some scripting in Python or JavaScript, or ability to direct AI to write it for you.
• Familiarity connecting tools through APIs.
• Strong marketing eye and clear, concise writing.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners: find contacts, write emails, track what works.
• Support the field team with target lists, routes, one-pagers, and follow-up emails after visits.
• Own email and SMS, subscription retention, referral programs, and search/content marketing.
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools using the brand’s look and feel.
• Automate recurring manual tasks to improve efficiency.
• Track results from order/subscription data and flag anomalies.
