Atomic Hr, a small founder-led consumer brand based in Austin, TX, is seeking a hands-on marketing generalist. You’ll build outreach to retailers, run email and SMS programs, and wire automation with Claude Code, partnering with the two founders for high-visibility ownership.

You’ll craft AI-assisted visuals, track campaigns against order data, and own retention and referral programs, all within strict regulatory rules (18+, UK-only, no health claims).

Formación

• 3+ years in marketing.
• Must have hands-on Claude Code experience or similar AI coding tool.
• Experience running cold email outreach.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and data; SQL a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run outreach to retailers and partners: find contacts, write emails, track results.
• Support field team with target lists, routes, and follow-up emails.
• Own email and SMS programs, retention, and referral campaigns; manage search/content.
• Create marketing visuals with AI tools using the brand’s look and feel.
• Automate recurring manual tasks to improve efficiency.
• Track results from order and subscription data and flag anomalies.
