You will build and manage a robust pipeline, engage senior decision-makers, and forecast revenue to meet quarterly targets. Remote-friendly, with competitive salary and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales with a quota, proven targets.
• Experience selling professional services, IT services, software.
• Experience owning full sales cycle and closing complex deals.
• Consultative approach focused on uncovering client needs and value.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Build a healthy pipeline through outbound, networking and referrals.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand challenges and map solutions.
• Develop proposals, decks and statements of work with delivery/tech teams.
• Engage senior decision-makers and forecast revenue to meet targets.
• Coordinate with SDRs and leadership for smooth handoffs and outcomes.
• Represent Bluelight at events to generate opportunities.
