Job summary

Roboyo seeks a Regional Operator to join the Americas leadership. You will coordinate staffing across regional delivery teams, ensure project integrity, and support PMO with status reporting and governance across multiple engagements.

You will work closely with the Regional CEO, Head of Quality Delivery, and Finance to maintain dashboards, track utilization, and adopt AI accelerators within a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, operations, PMO, or business support roles.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with trackers, reports, dashboards and status packs.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English; ability to coordinate across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Americas PMO & Delivery governance, including status updates and leadership reporting.
• Assist setup and rollout of delivery frameworks, cadences, and artefacts.
• Standardize delivery artefacts (templates, trackers, reports) for consistency and quality.
• Advise on AI accelerators and reusable assets across the region.
• Maintain PMO toolkit, knowledge base, and governance dashboards.
• Coordinate staffing requests and track open needs with HR/recruitment.
• Support revenue and cost tracking, including basic P&L and utilization.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and / or Masters / MBA
