Job summary

Roboyo Group in Mexico seeks a Regional Operator to join Americas leadership, coordinating staffing across regional delivery teams and maintaining project integrity, governance, and analytics. You will link sales, staffing, and hiring, and support the Head of Quality Delivery on PMO matters, including status reporting and delivery framework adoption.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, operations, PMO, or business support.
• Experience with PMO frameworks and governance.
• Familiarity with project/resource management tools (Kantata is a strong plus).

Responsibilities

• Americas PMO & Delivery Governance Support including status updates and leadership reporting.
• Set up and roll out delivery frameworks, methodologies and governance cadences.
• Standardize delivery artefacts: templates, trackers, reports and playbooks; ensure quality and consistency.
• Adopt AI accelerators and reusable delivery assets across the region with delivery teams.
• Maintain PMO toolkit and knowledge base with latest templates and guidance.
• Coordinate communications between Head of Quality Delivery, Regional CEO and delivery teams.
• Track methodology adherence and surface data for governance discussions.
• Maintain portfolio health views: RAG, schedule variance and budget burn for leadership.
• Onboard new delivery hires to regional methodology and tooling; drive time-to-effectiveness.
• Support staffing requests and track open needs, matches and assignments.
• Manage Kantata as the region’s project and revenue tracking system.
• Produce reports and dashboards; troubleshoot data quality issues.
• Provide first-line Kantata guidance to regional teams.
• Link sales, staffing and hiring by tracking pipeline and translating into staffing needs.
• Monitor end-to-end lifecycle and flag staffing gaps before project kick-off.
• Support tracking of regional P&L, utilization and costs; assist finance leadership.
• Maintain records across staffing, project and financial systems; ensure accuracy.
