Job summary

HP Inc. is seeking a Business Personal Systems Presales Technical Consultant in Mexico City. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, shaping end-user computing strategies for Corporate, Enterprise, and Public Sector clients, and lead discovery to map business objectives to technical solutions.

You will translate business needs into HP end-user computing architectures, manage PoCs, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes and competitive differentiation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in presales consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise IT consulting.

Responsibilities

• Act as the trusted technical advisor for Corporate, Enterprise, and Public Sector customers.
• Lead discovery engagements to identify objectives, personas, challenges, security requirements, and priorities.
• Translate requirements into end-user computing solutions delivering measurable outcomes.
• Design and position enterprise-grade device management and security solutions across HP’s portfolio.
• Lead PoCs, technical evaluations, and pilot programs with stakeholders.
