HP Mexico is seeking a technically adept professional to provide systems management support for complex technology solutions. You will configure systems, diagnose issues, monitor performance, and help shape the technical direction for clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

Four-year degree or equivalent work experience in related disciplines.
0–2 years of work experience, preferably in implementation consultancy or customer support.
Knowledge of Agile, AWS, API, AI, ML, and DevOps concepts is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provides technical systems management support and contributes to complex technical designs.
Configures systems, diagnoses issues, monitors performance, and supports customer environments.
Collaborates with a technical lead and customer representatives to achieve objectives.
