HP in Mexico is seeking an Inside Presales Technical Consultant to support the creation and delivery of complex technology solutions that meet customer needs. The role involves configuring systems, diagnosing issues, and monitoring performance while aligning with the organization’s technical direction.

The candidate will engage with a technical community, gather business requirements, and assist in scoping engagements under guidance from a technical lead.

Formación

• Four-year Degree in CS, business administration, or related discipline.
• Typically 0-2 years of work experience in implementation consultancy or customer support.
• Knowledge of Agile Methodology and cloud platforms is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides technical systems management support and contributes to complex designs that align with customer requirements.
• Configures systems, diagnoses issues, monitors performance, and contributes to technical solutions for customer environments.
• Collaborates with a technical lead and customer representatives to achieve objectives.
• Engages with the technical community and attends relevant events.
• Gathers, documents, and helps form client requirements, KPIs, and other technical needs.
• Assists in scoping engagements and determining duration of effort.
• Assists in validating information systems to meet technical requirements.
• Supports projects with research, data analysis, and regular progress updates.
• Maintains relationships with internal stakeholders and shares information via reports.
