HP is seeking a Business Personal Systems Presales Technical Consultant to build trusted technical relationships with Corporate, Enterprise, and Public Sector customers in Mexico City. You will shape end-user computing and workplace transformation strategies and design optimized solutions across HP’s portfolio.

You will lead discovery workshops, translate requirements into scalable architectures, and own the response process for RFIs and tenders while collaborating with Microsoft specialists,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in presales consulting, solution architecture, technical sales, workplace transformation, endpoint management, or enterprise IT consulting.
• Strong expertise in enterprise computing solutions, modern endpoint management, operating systems, security architectures, and cloud-based device administration.
• Deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Windows11, Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft365, Microsoft EntraID, and endpoint management technologies.
• Knowledge of enterprise security principles, endpoint protection, firmware and BIOS security, Zero Trust frameworks, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Understanding of Edge AI concepts, AI-enabled devices, AI workloads, and their impact on the future workplace.
• Experience supporting RFIs, RFPs, public tenders, technical evaluations, and formal procurement processes.
• Proven ability to conduct discovery workshops and translate customer requirements into scalable solution architectures.
• Strong presentation, communication, and executive engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the trusted technical advisor for Corporate, Enterprise, and Public Sector customers, helping shape their end-user computing and workplace transformation strategies.
• Lead customer discovery engagements, identifying objectives, user personas, operational challenges, security requirements, and priorities to design optimized solutions.
• Translate customer requirements into HP end-user computing solutions delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Architect, position, and support solutions across HP’s portfolio including AI PCs, business notebooks/desktops, workstations, thin clients, and more.
• Advise on modern workplace architectures, endpoint security, AI-enabled productivity, and digital employee experience initiatives.
• Demonstrate expertise in Windows ecosystem technologies like Intune, Autopilot, Endpoint Manager, and Zero Trust approaches.
• Lead PoCs, technical evaluations, pilot programs, benchmarks, and customer validation engagements.
• Own the technical response process for RFIs, RFPs, tenders, and complex procurement programs.
