Diebold Nixdorf in Mexico City is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, debug and maintain product hardware and software on customer premises. You will schedule services and work with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality.

Role requires 1–2 years of field service experience, good communication, and a valid driver’s license. You will perform diagnostics, hardware repairs, software configurations, and customer training, with

• Education or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in Field Services.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Driver's license and driving record that satisfies fleet requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Gains familiarity with Field Service Technician practices and procedures.
• With guidance and / or in conjunction with more experienced technicians performs incident handling using diagnostic tools and troubleshooting hardware and software.
• Performs hardware repairs on a component level.
• Cleans and adjusts mechanical components.
• Configures and installs applicable software.
• Performs routine preventive maintenance checks.
• Refills consumables as directed.
• Installs, moves, adds, changes and removes hardware and software products.
• Instructs and trains customers on usage and operation of installed hardware and software.
• Participates in regular hardware and software trainings (on the job, classroom and web based).
• Contributes to achieving KPIs and participates in special projects.
