Mondelez International Mexico is seeking an experienced Maintenance Expert to lead planned maintenance in a continuous improvement manufacturing environment at the Tlajomulco plant. You will manage PM processes, develop line maintenance strategies and drive stability and cost efficiency across lines.

You will coach technicians, partner with reliability teams, and own centerline settings and PM KPIs while ensuring safety and quality standards on the line.

Formación

• Advanced knowledge of AM Autonomous Maintenance Step 4 and PM tools.
• Capability to lead a Line and coach next level SWP owners using PDCA.
• Ability to work as Line Leader with goal/master plan and IDP deployment.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with line leaders to deliver SQCDSM targets and participate in daily management systems.
• Own technology, process, centerline settings and PM systems for the line.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans; build technician skills for autonomous operation.
• Collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams on system improvements and cost reductions.
• Serve as site technology owner in regional/global forums and support new initiatives.
