Mondelēz International Tlajomulco plant is seeking an experienced maintenance expert to lead planning, process development and maintenance execution for a high‑volume line. You will manage PM systems, centerline settings and R&M budget while guiding teams and contractors to ensure uptime and product quality.

You will apply Autonomous Maintenance and Progressive Maintenance techniques, coach line technicians, and partner with Asset & Reliability to drive improvements.

Formación

• Advanced knowledge of AM and PM tools and TPM Phases 3 & 4.
• Ability to lead a Line and coach SWP owners.
• Trainer of PM related subjects for the plant.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with line leaders to deliver SQCDSM targets and ensure process stability.
• Own equipment tech, centerline settings, PM systems and R&M budget for the lines.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans and train technicians.
• Collaborate with Asset & Reliability for improvements and cost reductions; manage spares/breakdowns.
• Represent the department as site technology owner in regional/global forums.
