Mondelez México is seeking a maintenance leader to drive planned maintenance, process improvements, and line reliability in a high-volume confectionery manufacturing setup. You will own PM programs, budgets, and KPI reporting while guiding cross-functional teams to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery goals.

Responsibilities include advancing TPM practices, coaching crew members, and leading change management across lines and shifts. Strong background in AM/PM and SAP is required.

Formación

• Advanced TPM knowledge and maintenance mastery for dedicated equipment.
• Ability to coach and develop line teams and IDP for members.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills (5W, RCA, Ishikawa).

Responsabilidades

• Lead planned maintenance programs and centerline management for lines.
• Own PM systems and KPI tracking; manage R&M budget for line(s).
• Develop preventive and time-based maintenance plans; build technician capabilities to operate and maintain equipment.
