Mondelez Mexico is seeking a Maintenance expert for the Tlajomulco plant to lead advanced TPM and PM system development. The candidate will manage maintenance plans, centerline settings, and budget, while coaching technicians and coordinating with reliability teams.

The role requires deep technical mastery and proven leadership in a manufacturing environment, with English and Spanish communication. On-site position with full-time hours.

Formación

• Advanced TPM knowledge and maintenance planning experience.
• Ability to lead a mixed technical teams across shifts.
• Strong problem solving using TPM, AM and PM methods.

Responsabilidades

• Lead line maintenance strategy and centerline settings for equipment.
• Own PM systems, maintenance plans, and KPI tracking for lines.
• Develop and train technicians to perform preventive maintenance tasks.
