Mondelez México is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Leader to head plant production, ensuring safety, quality, productivity and cost targets are met. You will drive Lean Six Sigma programs, implement Factory of the Future concepts, and cultivate autonomous line teams through coaching and governance.

Ideal candidates bring strong TPM/LEAN expertise, English proficiency, and a track record of leading multi-functional teams to achieve KPI-driven improvements and sustained reliability.

Formación

• Experience leading manufacturing operations in a CPG environment.
• Strong knowledge of TPM, Lean and Six Sigma tools and concepts.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills in a team-based setting.
• Proficient in analysis, problem solving and team building.
• Engineer with financial/business acumen and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead manufacturing operations in the plant and deliver safety, quality, productivity, cost and sustainability targets.
• Drive IL6S/Factory of Future initiatives and build self-sufficient line teams.
• Coach line leaders, cascade plans and align KPIs across the organization.
• Establish governance to review performance and drive continuous improvement.
