Job summary

Intuitive in Mexicali, Mexico seeks an HR Partner to work closely with Centers of Expertise and HR Business Leaders, delivering high-touch, face-to-face support on key HR processes. You will help leaders resolve complex people issues and apply geo and function knowledge to drive talent strategies.

The role involves coaching managers, supporting cyclical HR programs, and partnering with People Services to ensure consistent employee experience and effective HR delivery across the business.

Qualifications

• This position requires interacting with and influencing all levels of the organization.
• Must be able to influence COE and People Services leaders.
• Proven ability to build trust and relationships with partners at various levels.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers to foster a positive employee environment aligned with culture and values.
• Provide day-to-day support to HR business leaders and large groups.
• Partner with People Services to deliver cyclical HR processes and business needs.
• Act as liaison between client groups and employee relations/People Services to resolve cases and drive solutions.
• Coordinate with COEs to tailor HR solutions and programs as needed.
• Lead delivery of recurring HR services and core processes (e.g., performance management, goal setting).
• Coach and consult senior management and employees to drive a high-performance culture.
• Build manager capability through targeted training and facilitation across regions.
