Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP in Mexico invites a seasoned HR Business Partner to join our hybrid workplace. You will partner with regional leaders, design workforce strategies, and coach leaders to foster high performance and an inclusive culture.

This senior role requires strategic insight, strong communication, and knowledge of HR programs aligned to global objectives. The position blends local execution with global governance and significant cross-functional impact.

Formación

• First-level university degree or equivalent experience; master’s degree preferred.
• Typically 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including consulting.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills; data interpretation and insight storytelling.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior OLAA leaders, providing counsel on talent, organisation design, workforce strategy, leadership effectiveness, and business transformation initiatives.
• Understand HPE’s philosophy, values, and strategy to develop a high-performance workforce and coaching culture.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and HR Services to ensure programs are strategically aligned to achieve objectives.
