Job summary

Empresaconfidencial in Mexico City is seeking an HR Manager to partner with regional leadership and deliver end-to-end HR services across the employee lifecycle in a hybrid work environment.

The role blends operational HR with strategic partnering, ensuring Mexican labor law compliance, payroll coordination, talent development, and continuous process improvement while advising managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/BA/psychology or related field.
• Several years of broad HR generalist experience.
• Solid knowledge of Mexican labor law and payroll-related processes.
• Experience in an international and matrix organization preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage all core HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and offboarding.
• Advise managers and employees on HR matters, employee relations, performance management, and organizational topics.
• Coordinate training, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor law, statutory requirements, audits, and government reporting obligations.
• Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and key HR performance indicators.
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience.
• Support the implementation of global HR programs, policies, systems, and transformation initiatives.
• Act as the local interface between the business and global HR functions to ensure alignment with global standards.
