Compassion seeks a Senior People and Culture Strategic Partner based in México City to lead, design, and advise on complex People and Culture programs aligned with our ministry priorities. You will partner with executives and multi-country teams, coach staff, and drive performance, talent, and engagement initiatives.

The role requires strong knowledge of Mexican labor law, change management experience, and excellent interpersonal skills to foster trust across diverse teams and regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration/Organizational Psychology or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in HR, HR Manager, HRBP, or similar strategic HR role.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, leadership capabilities, and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of Mexican labor legislation and HR compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in change management.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with diverse teams.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Advise on and lead complex People and Culture programs including performance management, talent management, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
• Influence executives and leaders to deepen workforce engagement to achieve Compassion's goals.
• Collaborate with COEs in compensation, benefits, org design, learning, legal, talent acquisition, and more.
• Educate and coach employees on manager interactions, learning, development, and wellness; support managers and staff on performance and change management.
• Ensure compliance with local and international employment laws and provide recommendations for practice changes.
• Investigate and design resolutions for performance issues, harassment, discrimination, or misconduct.
• Develop engagement through HR metrics and implement programs to improve team success.
• Develop programs for merit, performance, benefits enrollment, and new employee orientation; facilitate team events.
• Coach and oversee other HR professionals and support staff.
