Totum Talent is seeking a People Operations & Talent Specialist to join our team supporting a legal services company in Mexico. You will help drive the employee lifecycle, talent management, and organizational development, ensuring a positive employee experience and alignment with business goals.

The role requires advanced English, experience in HR/People Operations, and proficiency with HRIS/ATS and MS Office.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR/PSY/BA/OD/IR or related field.
• Experience in HR, People Ops, or Employee Experience.
• Knowledge of full employee lifecycle including recruitment and onboarding.
• Experience with HR policies, compliance, and confidential records.

Responsabilidades

• Support talent acquisition: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
• Coordinate employee lifecycle activities and maintain HR records.
• Administer benefits and serve as primary contact for inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and support new People initiatives.
• Coordinate learning and Organizational Development programs.
• Organize engagement and culture initiatives to boost collaboration.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.
• Maintain HR reporting and documentation to support People operations.
