Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience focused on employee relations and labor law.
• In-depth knowledge of Mexican labor legislation (Ley Federal del Trabajo).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Discretion with sensitive and confidential information.
• Experience in conflict mediation and resolution.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Spanish fluency is mandatory; English knowledge is a plus.
