Job summary

Empresaconfidencial in Mexico City seeks a Talent Management & Culture Specialist to support regional talent processes across Latin America. You will help with talent reviews, onboarding, learning, engagement surveys, and reporting.

The role requires 2–4 years in talent management or HR operations, fluency in Spanish and English, strong Excel/Power BI skills, and ability to coordinate cross-country initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, HR Operations, or related HR roles.
• Knowledge of talent management processes including performance management, engagement, learning & development, and succession planning.
• Experience working with HR data, reports, and KPIs.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools for reporting and data visualization.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday or SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Talent Management processes including talent reviews and succession planning.
• Support regional learning and development programs and training coordination.
• Coordinate onboarding processes with materials and communications.
• Support employee engagement surveys and action plan tracking.
• Prepare monthly Talent & Culture reports and dashboards.
• Maintain HR systems and talent databases across countries.
