3Pillar is seeking a Talent Relations Specialist in Jalisco to support employee relations and HR operations in a hybrid environment. The role involves coordinating employee relations programs, maintaining records, and collaborating with LATAM teams and finance for payroll data.

The candidate will manage HRIS data, advise on policies, and prepare Talent reports while ensuring legal compliance. Strong English communication and confidentiality are required.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships at all levels.
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee relations programs and respond to questions and grievances.
• Maintain employee relations records.
• Collaborate with Latam Talent Team on compliance projects.
• Collaborate with finance and payroll data preparation.
• Maintain personal files per policy and legal requirements.
• Issue employment documentation (onboarding, changes, leaves, offboarding).
• Ensure compliance with local Labour Code requirements.
• Update HRIS data (Workday) and improve processes.
• Administer benefits and local Talent needs.
• Provide day-to-day advice on Talent and Benefits queries.
