A leading company in outsourcing is looking for a Human Resources Director in Mexico City. The role involves managing HR strategy, employee relations, and compliance while fostering a positive company culture. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in HR management, including retention strategies and performance management.

Formación

  • 10 years of experience as a Manager.
  • 5 years’ experience in HR management roles.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English proficiency level 3.

Descripción del empleo

Development and Execution of HR Strategy in a range of Human Resources functions, including Employee Relations, talent sourcing and selection, associate relations, retention, conflict avoidance and resolution; HR administration, reporting and health and safety program support; and Engagement.

Responsibilities:

· Promoter and monitor of company values.

· Strategic Partner to all department leaders for people management strategy.

· Coordinate with all functional and departmental directors to ensure they understand the necessary aspects and needs of human resources, and execute all HR functions.

· Vigilant of any employee-related issues internally and externally.

· Compliant and aligned with Standards and Policies.

· Monitoring of labour board cases and ensuring legal liability is within the company's goals.

· Monitor and consistently interact with Lawyers to ensure proper management of cases and the negotiation process.

· Establish and monitor communication channels with all employees.

· Manage and control department expenditure within agreed budgets.

· Ensure compliance with health and safety norms in accordance with local law.

· Assure all policies are aligned with the global contact agreement.

· Assure that all employee relations and engagement activities adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, guidelines establishment and follow-up, employment terminations, and overall discipline matters.

· Assure employee development based on a periodical performance review, training needs analysis process and/or designed career path programs.

· Through effective recruitment and selection, ensure that the right people are located in the correct staff positions and follow authorised ratios and organisational development plan.

· Strategic design of employee motivation activities calendar.

· Develop strategy and ensure the creation of action plans to follow up on employee satisfaction surveys, committees, exit interviews, channels and other company climate measuring tools.

· Review interpret, and implement the improvement process to comply with GPTW certification goals.

· Establish and conduct a recurrent attrition analysis cycle plan.

· Creation of retention strategy for company employees at all levels, with priority on agent attrition.

· Read and sign the policies.

Education and Specific Training:

Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Law, Human Resources, Psychology or related field

Master's Degree in Labour Relations, Psychology, Organisational Development or related fields (Preferred)

· 10 years of experience as a Manager

· 5 years’ HR management Roles

· 5 Years’ Experience in Labour Relations, Staff Recruitment, Employee Retention and Satisfaction Programs, Administration of Performance Management.

Technical Skills:

· Intermediate usage of MS Office standard tools (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

· Intermediate knowledge of call center systems (AVAYA CMS Supervisor (or equivalent))

· Quality tools

· Root cause analysis

· Cause and effect diagrams

· Nearshore market: English proficiency level 3 / Spanish native or fluent
