Job summary

Scopely is hiring a People Operations Partner to work on a hybrid basis from its Mexico City hub. You will oversee onboarding, ensure legal right to work, and maintain accurate records while partnering with Legal on offboarding.

You will drive process improvements and provide clear guidance on local requirements for a multi-country workforce. You will support benefits, mobility, data integrity, and compliance, collaborating with PBPs, HR Tech, and vendors to deliver people-first service across

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in People Operations, HR operations, or HR administration, ideally in a fast-paced, global environment supporting multiple countries.
• Working knowledge of Mexican employment law and HR compliance requirements (IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT, STPS).
• Experience with HRIS (Workday preferred) and a ticketing tool (JIRA preferred).
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding for new hires and deliver onboarding orientations.
• Ensure legal right to work and required documentation before start date.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support audits.
• Coordinate with Legal on offboarding and exit processes.
• Partner with PBPs and managers to guide local requirements and processes.
• Drive improvements to HR processes, reduce manual work and turnaround time.
• Generate metrics and use data to spot trends and improve productivity.
• Support local benefits questions and broker coordination.
• Coordinate global mobility cases and relocation services.
