• Flexible and self-motivated; ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity, while executing in an environment of constant change.
• Demonstrated time management and organisational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage volume sourcing for multiple complex searches.
• Source prospective candidates and maintain the passive candidate pipeline.
• Drive innovative sourcing strategies and collaborate with the global Talent team.
