Empresaconfidencial in Mexico City is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead onboarding, advisory, and employee engagement initiatives in a hybrid work environment. The role collaborates with management to ensure legal compliance and promotes a positive culture across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in HR, excellent English (C1) and strong skills in conflict resolution, communication, and HR operations. Portuguese is a plus for our region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (master degree is a plus).
• 8–10 years of experience in HR.
• Proficiency in English (advanced level / C1) is required. Portuguese language is a plus.
• Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks.

Responsabilités

• Onboard new employees and manage benefits.
• Provide advisory regarding legal standards in Mexico.
• Daily management of employees; main HR contact for Bra Mexico.
• Assist management in conflict resolution and employee relations.
• Set standards for ethics, values and culture of the company.
• Prepare reports for overtime and other allowances for Payroll.
• Coordinate DEI, wellness and leadership development initiatives.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) in India for HR processes.
• Serve as liaison with vendors and oversee compliance.
