Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of professional HR experience including employee relations and program management
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-demand environment with professionalism and good judgment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills interfacing with all levels
• High attention to detail with empathy in supporting a positive employee experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for employee relations, including investigations, exit surveys, and exit interviews
• Manage the leave-of-absence process and tracking with compliance to local and federal law
• Manage offboarding including exit interviews for all departing employees
• Partner with managers to ensure consistent, high-quality employee support across the organization
• Analyze workforce trends and metrics to recommend action plans to improve engagement and retention
• Lead the creation and maintenance of company policies and state compliance projects
• Craft corporate communications across all levels of the organization
