Zebra in Mexico City is seeking a People Shared Services Representative II to provide expert HR policy guidance and responsive support to employees. The role involves handling onboarding, record maintenance, and case management in a hybrid in-office/remote setup.

You will collaborate with regional COEs, use HR systems like Workday, ADP, ServiceNow, and Degreed, and contribute to process improvements while delivering timely information and strong service to employees.

Formación

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of customer or employee-facing experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Workday experience highly preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish or French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serves as the first point of contact for former employees’ questions on HR policies and processes.
• Manages onboarding, records, and HR data in the People Center systems.
• Resolves inquiries via the case management system and escalates when needed.
• Maintains and updates employee records across HR systems.
• Supports payroll data accuracy and internal audits.
