Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Senior People Operations Partner to lead advanced HR operations across Latin America from a remote base in Mexico. You will partner with HRBPs, Legal, Payroll, and Global People Services to deliver compliant, scalable HR delivery across Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile and Peru.

You will oversee multi-country operational leadership, employee relations, governance, and strategic HR transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
Advanced multi-country or regional HR operational experience required.
Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced operational HR leadership across multiple countries or complex jurisdictions.
Lead organizational changes, restructures, transfers and workforce transitions.
Support country expansions and new market entry activities.
Ensure operational consistency while respecting local laws and culture.
Handle complex employee relations matters and investigations.
Partner with Legal and HR leadership on high-risk or sensitive matters.
Develop and enforce HR operating models, SOPs, and escalation processes.
Coach Global People Services teams and drive governance.
