Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding
• Coordinate job postings, screenings, and interviews.
• Prepare offer letters and manage documentation.
• Support onboarding and new-hire integration.
• HR Administration and employee records management
• Support payroll data collection
• Manage contracts, benefits, and terminations
• Employee relations & support
• Provide first-level HR support
• Track attendance, leaves, vacations
• Assist with engagement initiatives
• Training & development logistics and records
• Apply 9 Basic Competencies and CBI; support annual evaluations
• Compliance & reporting and labor law adherence
• Support audits and HR reporting
• Health, safety & well-being programs
• HR projects and leadership support
• Provide feedback to HR Manager
