Job summary

Stand8 Technology Consulting in Mexico is seeking an experienced HR Strategy Operations Manager to shape and execute the people strategy for our Mexican operations. You will translate business goals into workforce plans, advise leadership on organizational design, and build HR frameworks to scale sustainably.

Day-to-day HR administration is supported by an operations team; you will set direction, ensure regulatory compliance with Mexican labor law, and partner with account directors to align HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with strategy/workforce planning.
• Proven advisory experience with senior leadership in Mexico.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law for strategic guidance.
• Experience designing full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition strategy.
• Experience with HR analytics and HR tools/HRIS/ATS.

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals into workforce plans and headcount.
• Advise leadership on organizational design and scalability.
• Set framework for compliance with Mexican labor law and payroll practices.
• Shape employee value proposition, retention strategies, and culture initiatives.
• Support account directors to ensure compliant operations and HR culture across accounts.
• Advise on organizational structure, role design, and workforce planning during growth.
