Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding: coordinate postings, screenings, interviews; prepare offer letters; support onboarding.
• HR Administration: maintain employee records; payroll data collection; manage contracts, benefits, terminations.
• Employee Relations & Support: provide first-level HR support; track attendance; assist engagement initiatives.
• Training & Development: coordinate training logistics; maintain training records.
• Compliance & Reporting: adhere to labor laws; support audits; prepare HR reports.
• Health, Safety & Well‑Being: assist with safety programs and compliance.
• HR Projects & Leadership Support: participate in HR projects; provide feedback to HR Manager.

  • Maintain employee records.
  • Support payroll data collection.
  • Manage contracts, benefits, and terminations.
• Employee Relations & Support
  • Provide first-level HR support.
  • Track attendance, leaves, vacations.
  • Assist with engagement initiatives.
• Training & Development
  • Coordinate training logistics.
  • Maintain training records.
• Apply 9 Basic Competencies and CBI; ensure annual evaluations.
• Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws.
  • Support audits.
  • Prepare HR reports.
• Health, Safety & Well‑Being
  • Assist with safety programs and compliance.
• HR Projects & Leadership Support
  • Participate in HR projects.
  • Provide feedback to HR Manager.

To succeed, you will need
