nVent is seeking an HR Coordinator in Monterrey to provide first-level HR policy and benefits support. You will assist in resolving employee concerns, engage in recognition initiatives, and coordinate payroll-related updates and benefits enrollment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 2+ years HR experience, and strong English/Spanish communication. You will collaborate with HR teams to drive consistent HR services in a hybrid environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-level HR policy and benefits support to employees.
• Assist in resolving employee concerns and escalations when needed.
• Support employee engagement, recognition programs and KPI reporting.
• Coordinate payroll-related changes and benefits enrollment.
• Assist with leave management and attendance tracking.
• Support audits and HR documentation compliance.
• Collaborate with HR teams to ensure consistent HR service delivery.
